Follow these steps to provide your files correctly:
If you're unfamiliar with designing, don't worry! Our specialists are here to assist. Send us your logo (in .ai, .eps, or .pdf format), and we'll create a digital sample for you at no charge. Upload your logo during the ordering process, later in your account, or email it to us at [email protected].
Step 1: Download a feather flag template
Once you've chosen the appropriate feather flag model and size, you'll need a design. Utilise our provided templates, which are available under the 'Templates' tab on the product page. We also offer a dedicated template page, showcasing an overview of all feather flag templates. Choose the correct model, size, and whether you want a left, right, or double-sided template.
Step 2: Design
Our templates are crafted in Adobe Illustrator and come with multiple layers. Here are some essential design guidelines:
- Place significant text, logos, and images within the 'safe zone'.
- Convert texts to outlines.
- Use CMYK colours, not RGB.
- If colour precision is crucial, use specific colour codes like PANTONE or PMS Solid Coated.
- Design in a 1:1 ratio and, if possible, save as an Adobe Illustrator file (.AI, .PDF (vector), or .EPS).
- Images should be at least 300DPI (JPG).
- Along with the artwork, send a sample PNG or JPG file.
Step 3: Upload your files
Once your design is ready, you can upload it during the order process. For larger files, use WeTransfer: proflags.wetransfer.com. If you're sending files via WeTransfer or similar platforms, please inform us, including your name, contact, and address details.
Ordering multiple designs? You can upload several designs through our site without any additional charges.
Step 4: File Verification
Every file submitted to our secure servers or sent via email or WeTransfer undergoes thorough checks by our professionals. We ensure your designs meet our specifications, and any discrepancies are communicated back to you. Production commences only after file validation, and you will always receive an order confirmation beforehand.
Step 5: Product Delivery
Following production, we meticulously inspect the products against the order. Once approved, they're packed and shipped via reliable couriers like UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
